Our owners carefully chose and crafted every component, which comes together as a venue layered with history and character. Guests walk through 300-year-old ancient doors that once served as a defending portal to a village in Rajasthan and the magnificent ironbark beams in the kitchen were repurposed from a massive WW2 aircraft hangar.
Historical elements like iron lace commemorate Queen Victoria's coronation (1838) and convict-hewn sandstone originally from the Sydney Museum’s foundation in 1827 contributes to the atmosphere.
