Ancient doors from a 300-year-old Rajasthan village wall now welcome your guests at the entrance. Iron lace cast from India to mark the coronation of Queen Victoria graces the hallway.
Sandstone hewn by convicts from Sydney's original museum foundations rings the firepit. Ironbark beams salvaged from a World War II aircraft hangar arch overhead in the kitchen. Moroccan tiles reclaimed from buildings that were demolished in ancient medinas glow underfoot.

You can prepare together within the villa itself, with champagne sunsets from the 30-metre verandah, moonlit evenings by the sandstone firepit, and lazy mornings among the rows of giant macadamia trees where dappled light falls through the branches.

The Plantation Room: a breathtaking pavilion with polished concrete floors and sweeping garden views, accommodating up to 200 seated guests, with full all-weather protection and undercover catering areas so the evening never falters, whatever the sky decides.

Additionally, six two-bedroom Orchard Villas set in a fairy-lit Italian-style courtyard are planned for completion by 2027, which will expand on-site accommodation for up to 24 guests.
