Nutting Hill Villa operates as an exclusive-use venue, so you get maximum creative control. We provide the stunning backdrop and the infrastructure, and you get to hire your own trusted third-party vendors for every element of your day:

• Want customised menus? You can hire your caterer of choice.
• Styling preferences? You hire your stylist and source all the décor.

We simply provide the estate. Our venue includes access to the internal rooms (5-6 rooms and 3 bathrooms) for the bridal party's preparation and touch-ups. These are part of the venue hire fee paid by you as the couple and are not charged as separate accommodation for guests, so you can be sure that your booking will not  be met with unforeseen costs.

Future Plans for a Destination Weekend

While the focus remains on the main villa, our commitment to providing a superior destination experience is expanding. We plan to enhance the estate by 2027 with six new two-bedroom Orchard Villas, accommodating up to 24 guests. We will also introduce a large Italian-style, fairy-lit courtyard set within the orchard, complete with a fire pit, perfect for relaxed pre-wedding gatherings and post-wedding brunches or lunches.
