What Our Orchard Villas Will Offer: Six Two-Bedroom Villas for Up to 24 Guests
Our six Orchard Villas will sit within the macadamia orchard itself. The same orchard where rows of mature trees create a canopy of dappled light through the day and where possums settle into the upper branches at dusk. Each villa has two bedrooms. Across the six, we will sleep up to 24 guests on the estate.
That number is not a crowd. It is the people who flew in, drove hours and cleared their calendars for you. Parents. Siblings. The friends who have been part of your story for a long time. They don’t need to calculate a drive home at midnight or book rooms in town. They stay where your wedding is, and the evening unfolds at its own pace.
Right now, we already sleep up to 16 guests across our existing five to six rooms and three bathrooms, which are included in your venue fee. The Orchard Villas will add to what is already working and make it even more magical.

When 24 of your guests are already sleeping on the property, the courtyard works without any logistics behind it. Pre-wedding dinners, post-wedding brunches, a late fire on Saturday night… Your wedding weekend feels like a single experience rather than a series of separately booked events.

Every booking at the Nutting Hill Villa Estate comes with our onsite rooms included in your venue fee. There is no separate accommodation bill. When you book our estate, the rooms, along with exclusive use of the entire property, are part of what that means.
